The toughest matches I've had were against Sara Nyberg from Skövde when we met in the final at Blockbrytet 2006. I had to beat her twice and I did after two very hard matches.
I also had hard left handed matches with Felicia Rydstedt at Lucia Dunken 2006. We met twice in the final; I won the first but had no power left after that and lost the second match. |

- 1st place at the Nordic Championship 2006.
- 2nd place with left and 3rd place with right at the World Championship in Manchester 2006, junior class.
- I won 3 golds and 4 silver at Wild Arm 2006 after attending 8 weight classes totally with right and left arm.
- I won 3 golds and 3 silver at Smash Arms 2006. I attended 6 weight classes totally with right and left arm.
- 3rd place at Golden Arm 2007 with right and left arm, -65 kg.
- 2nd place at Swedish Nationals 2007 with left arm and 3rd place with right arm, -70 kg.
- 2nd place at the Europeans in Lycksele 2007 with left arm, junior class.

Compete as much as you can, that's the best training! Train with people twice as strong as yourself. It feels like pulling against a lamppost but it will give you the strength. Also, train a lot of starts. |
