Train armwrestling with stronger and more techniqal armwrestlers than yourself. Compete as much as you can and never give up! It's also important to train your weaknesses. (this is something I need to get better at)

To start with I want armwrestling to be a recognized sport in Sweden. I want it to develop more internationally and finally become an Olympic sport. I also want to see more ladies at the tournaments and on trainings. Another wish is that the sport would grow much bigger among youth so the junior classes could be split into novice and pro.

My main goal is to become one of the best female armwrestlers in the world. I have a lot of smaller goals that I will fight for first to reach my main goal.
Mainly I will try to keep those who I've beat once behind me and at the same time develop enough to win against those who are infront of me.
