Best training advice
You have to set a goal with your training. What do you want with your armwrestling career? Do you want to beat someone special, do you want to get a 1st place in a competition, etc? By setting a goal you can work out in a more specific way to really get better where you need to get better. Because if you train of no reason, you don't develope as much as you could have done if you really want something. And while you are on your way of fullfilling a goal, you will see developements which give you a more intensive motivation.

You really have to work out hard if you want to become good. But be careful, and listen to your body. If you feel pain like you are injured, you should not train. Let your body recover as well, don't just break it down. Developement is about doing everything correct - training hard, eating well and resting, like a circle.

Tabletime is in my opinion the most important training you can do to get better in armwrestling. And then you have to work out with weights too! Some muscles are more important than others, but I believe that if you work out a muscle, you do have to workout the opposite side of it as well. If you train back, you have to train chest too, etc. Give more focus to forearms, side pressure, back pressure, fingers, hands and wrists which is most important in armwrestling.

Work out your max when you feel fresh enough to do it, like once a week. Don't forget that it's normal to have bad days and it's good for the body to work out with light weights too, to give the muscles and joints a chance to recover, with help from the blood circulation.
