I began armwrestling for fun when I was younger. Usually, guys would like to brag about how strong they are as they fight each other. I chose armwrestling instead of getting involved in fights. Also, I realized that at the moment I grip my oppenent's hand, he becomes my friend, and that is why I am in love with this sport. Also, I believe armwrestling is the best man-to-man competition that is most gentle.

The best training way is consistent effort. Being a good armwrestler can't be achieved in a day. However, my advice would be keeping your passion on armwrestling.

I have been inspired by Seung-Hyun Lee and Gun-Woo Choi. Thanks to them, I pushed my self to practice armwrestling a lot.
Of course, I admire John Brzenk not only because of his strength and achievement in the sport of armwrestling, but also because he truly loves armwrestling. I can feel his passion for armwreslting. I thank him, most sincerely. |
| What changes to the sport would you like to see? |

I believe that my career as an armwrestler just began. Honestly, I do not have specific issues regarding this sport, and I still need to learn more.
I hope more armwrestlers gather together. I believe we, armwrestlers, have to be united to promote this sport.
